Mang dao (2017)

Sorehead singer Zhao Liang drifts around all day long. Someday he encounters a blind girl named Jing Jing who is under control by a criminal scrounger gang. Jing Jing can't endure beating-up from gang leader Guo Wei and escapes. Zhao Liang sends her to a police station. Officers can't find Jing Jing's home and she lies about Zhao Liang as her father. With no other choice, Zhao Liang takes her in his place. Zhao Liang drives Jing Jing back to her home and finds out that she is desperately poor. Her mother is remarried and her step-father abuses her frequently. On his way back, Zhao Liang sees Guo Wei and finds Jing Jing sold to him again. Zhao Liang shows up and rescues her. Through all this, Zhao Liang and Jing Jing get to trust each other and rediscover their meaning of life.
