"Two Million Tears" chronicles the heroic journey of a group of American medical professionals on a life saving trip to Nigeria. The doctors and nurses, assembled by the non-profit Physicians for Peace organization, try to save lives and teach local health care professional techniques to prevent and treat VVF (Vaginal Vesical Fistula).
