Bob Gratton, dead for three days, has come back to life. The first man to be resurrected in 2000 years, he is quietly recovering from his experience in the hospital. Accompanied by his friend and brother-in-law Méo, he then goes to rest in the countryside. It is there that he is joined by the American producer Donald Bill Clinton who offers to make him an international rock star recognized throughout the world. Elvis accepts.
