After graduating from university, Irem returns to her family home in the countryside, but she is not ready to confront the dark secrets awaiting her. This house is not just home to her bedridden mother, her introverted father, and her cousins Nida and Esma, with whom she grew up; it also harbors buried sorrows and old fears nourished by silence. On the night of Irem's return, her grandmother Mukaddes suddenly dies, and strange, inexplicable events begin to unfold in the house. Although the young girls attribute their unease to Mukaddes's death and the haunting of otherworldly beings, the walls of the house whisper an even darker truth. Because sometimes, the real fear never truly leaves where it came from.
