Young teacher Tanya is taking her school theater group to a festival in Sochi. To be on the safe side, the head teacher of the same school, Mariya Genrikhovna, is coming with them. Tanya is not thrilled with the boss's eye, but Mariya Genrikhovna quickly breaks all stereotypes about head teachers. In her, Tanya finally finds a worthy adult - either a role model, or a mother, or a mentor. Meanwhile, the festival insistently demands a return to reality - the organizers demand a change in the name of the play, the poster, and, preferably, the worldview. Choose a path of compromise for the sake of the children or take a principled position? In any case, Tanya and Mariya Genrikhovna will have to answer to twelve teenagers experiencing their own first dramas at the festival.
