A Guy from Hollywood, or the Unusual Adventures of Venya Lucky
A "hunt" has been announced for the crime boss named Antiquary by foreign creditors from Italy, Japan and America. The guards decide to find a double for their boss and publicly expose him to attack. The choice falls on the young artist Venya Vezunchik. The lucky one is offered an offer to "star in a Hollywood blockbuster." Everything seemed to be going according to plan. But who would have thought what ridiculous, sometimes tragicomic, situations representatives of the criminal world can get into, relying on an eccentric artist who is lucky even in the most desperate situations.
