O-Lym-Pic: From Belmore to Bundesliga

An ambitious Under-11 football team from Sydney Olympic FC sets out to compete against youth teams from some of the well-resourced powerhouses of the Bundesliga and European football at Poland's prestigious Legia Cup. The boys have a dream to play for their country, and the film explores the pathway to progress from youth to professional player. As underdogs, the boys from Sydney play BVB09, Schalke04 and RB Leipzig, before competing alongside Benfica, Ajax, Juventus and Manchester United in Warsaw. The documentary features interviews with leading coaches, exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and players who will be the European stars of the future.
