Bei einer wilden Mountainbike-Abfahrt rast der Jung-Reeder Achim in den Hartz-IV-Empfänger Willi. Bankangestellter Sven nimmt die beiden in seiner Hütte auf, kommt aber dann bei einem Saufgelage versehentlich ums Leben. Achim und Willi fühlen sich nicht ganz unschuldig und kommen auf eine geniale Idee: Sie möchten ihm seinen letzten Wunsch erfüllen. Dieser führt sie jedoch einmal quer durch Deutschland, in dem gerade die Fußball-WM tobt.
